“Cet hôtel est génial pour les familles, tout est fait pour se détendre. La formule tout compris inclut petit déjeuner, déjeuner, goûter, dîner et bar avec boissons soft à volonté toute la journée. Les repas sont variés, on y retrouve des plats marocains et occidentaux. Avec plus de 4 nuits nous avons eu 1 repas gratuit dans le restaurant le Fès qui est traditionnel marocain. Il est très bon aussi. L’hôtel effectue du change sur place, la différence n’est pas énorme par rapport au centre-ville.……

The spa treatments are also very good. Great to be able to pop into the Medina using the free shuttle too. Thanks for another lovely stay!”

“Wir verbrachten hier einen wunderbaren, erholsamen Urlaub, der keine Wünsche offenließ. Eine außergewöhnliche Unterkunft für Menschen, die das Besondere suchen! Die Suiten, bzw. Zimmer sind nicht nur sehr geräumig, sondern auch liebevoll und extrem stilvoll eingerichtet. Sie liegen eingebettet in einer wundervoll gepflegten Grünanlage mit einem wirklich eindrucksvollen Pool, etwas abseits vom Stadtzentrum. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns der Service: Das Personal ist hervorragend – durchweg……

“A real shame. The hotel looked a bit tired. Can stop thinking about the £10 they charged me for a coke and the fact there was nothing available but a £40 lunch buffet which I regretted as soon as I sat down. There are better places for the money.”

The staff was all AMAZING especially Fatima she did my welcome meeting and helped in finding the best excursions and tours.The hotel spa was also AMAZING did my first hammam massage and it was great, had an amazing experience. The food was ok, being in morocco i really wanted that authentic Moroccan cooking but unfortunately the hotel was more mordern in the foods. After 2 nights and the food was the same i ate dinner out the rest of the time.……
